| Curaçao has several post offices on the
island. The main ones are situated in Punda, Otrobanda, and Groot
Kwartier (Ring Road), and the small branches are at ITC (International
Trade Center) and the airport. Canada Post International, Ltd. (CPIL), postal consulting arm for Canada Post, recently assumed full responsibility for postal operations with its subsidiary, Nieuwe Post Nederlandse Antillen N.V. (NPNA). Postal and post banking services will be provided during a 20-year concession period for the people of five Caribbean islands in the Netherlands Antilles. Stamps can be purchased at bookstores and the front desk of many hotels. Some hotels also have letter drops.  |
